Heritage Plaster Services - Trinity Square London

Formally known as The Port of London Authority Building, this Grade 2 listed property overlooks the Tower of London and falls within the Tower Conservation Area.
Designed by the Architect Edwin Cooper and opened in 1922 this building retains historic interiors which are designated Areas of significance.

The Building is being extended, adapted, repaired and refurbished as a new hotel with private apartments.

Scope of works:

Creation of VIP suite in heritage areas:

  • Designs provided for all items, inclusive lighting troughs and reflector coves.
  • Re model existing enrichment details from elsewhere in the building inclusive of Corinthian Capitals; Enriched wall frieze and panel details.
  • Design and mould circular lighting details to bathrooom
  • Cast and install all items.
Creation of show apartment for private apartments:
  • Designs provided for all items, inclusive shadow gaps, stepped mouldings.
  • Cast and install all items.
Refurbishment of all heritage areas:
  • Full modernisation refurbishment of heritage areas required:
  • Access for all new M&E and IT installations created through heritage plasterworks.
  • Repair all access points with correct materials and methods once installation completed.
  • Manufacture all mouldings to match to the existing per area as required.
  • Full survey of all existing mouldings throughout entire building for heritage and conservation requirements. Details of all mouldings recorded, itemised, located, and saved for future reference.
  • Full methodology provided for all areas of works.
