Building designed and built by Charles Oldfield, completed in 1854 and is still maintained as a private residence.
One of the ground floor principle reception rooms suffered water damage to the ceiling plaster and mouldings, affecting the lath and plaster and the existing enriched cornice
Scope of works:
- Reinstate the lath and plaster ceiling with traditional lime plaster.
- Stabilise and retain the lower sections of the Cornice.
- Manufacture moulds to match to the damaged top sections of the Cornice.
- Cast and install new sections to match to the damaged top sections of the Cornice.
